Disorganised, uncaring and insecure leadership - Senior Project Specialist Medtronic Employee Review

working here is career suicide. dont be fooled by the branding and insincere pitches at the beginning. things were good in the past, but the golden days have already seen sunset. the new leadership is very weak and there are leaders without good educational degrees or the right experiences for the roles. nothing is easier for people who never do anything themselves than to criticise others who actually make an effort. the whole environment is like that where company departments fight with one another and management remain uncaring as long as they meet their profit margins. a lot of games are being played behind the scenes, and management greed is at an all time high. people are fired for no good reason and some have even been threatened. i know people who have been asked to dig dirt on employees who may want to leave. very unethical practices throughout. i do not advise anyone to work here.
