- fairly good benefits (eg, barista, free lunches)
Cons
- frequent re-org destabilises processes and impacts employee morale - top-heavy organisation where global team has lost touch with what’s happening on the ground - benefits were taken away - talent x program (a job rotation program) lost steam - deserving people were given more work and no promotion if u asked me 1 year ago, i would recommend a friend to work here. but it is now no longer the case
