      summer hours between may and august plant shutdown for two weeks at years end cell phone and internet reimbursement

      Cons

      uneven workload for some some have too much work others have too little work on call for late night and weekends compensation- underwhelming at best Benefits- average but pricey if you add your spouse Bonus- meh
