Great health care and other benefits, an employee stock purchase program, non-monetary rewards programs, gyms on site at many facilities.
Cons
Very large and bureaucratic, it is impossible to make changes or do anything outside of the standard operating procedures. It is also difficult to move up, with people often getting stuck or silo-ed into their first role/department.
