      Ability to work from home, flexible when it comes to needing to take time to go to appointments, etc.

      Cons

      The culture has gone downhill. Not collaborative or inclusive, no one feels empowered to make decisions which means no work can get done and there is no direction. Way too many office politics.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
