Pay is pretty good for the Clinical Specialist role The technical service and IT department are spectacular.
Cons
Work environment is not family oriented. Clinical Specialist not treated equally to sales reps, though they are equal in the chain of command. They do not typically allow CS's to move into the Sales role Possible age discrimination issues
