      Love working for this company. Had a good home life work life balance. 1 month of vacation a year and sick time. Does have a good 401 K match and health benefits.

      Cons

      Not much room to advance in many departments. You must know someone in upper management in order to ever move up.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
