Not a great experience working as a QA in Medtronic, Yemalur Office - QA Tester Medtronic Employee Review

- Lot of politics - Lack of Recognition - Different policies in QA team as compared to the usual ones - No Scope for improvement in QA as most projects are with vendors and they lack in bringing them inhere - Food is not that great ( one small cafeteria and limited options ) - Although its a product company , initiatives are taken to make it operate like a service based organisation , - HR is hardly available and they listen to the managers
