      Pays above markets, products are good and co name sounds a "big deal" but find out more before joining. Sales people will feel "pampered"

      Weak people managers in sales teams, insecured leaders in SEA leaders blocking career progressions within Organization and undecided marketing efforts.

      Very supportive Sr level management team

      There was some crab barrel mentality among peers. I trusted no one with personal information to it being used against me early on. I was so secretive that no one knew what type of vehicle I drove for over 10 yrs.
