      valuable opportunity to impact the lives of those who need it the most, those suffering from chronic diseases and complications

      Cons

      the company really moves around leadership people into positions which they are not competent in, believing that because they're 'smart' that they can do anything...would be nice to go outside to get experts when the home grown folks don't really have the skillsets to perform on the vp/president level

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
