      Pros

      Good pay, low cost of living area. Still some great talent there, but most of the top talent has moved on.

      Cons

      Directionless executive leadership which makes things worse by not fostering intellectually honest discussion. Abysmal leadership among sr executives at the corporate headquarters in MN has not helped.
