      Culture. Geoff Martha is not a good CEO and it trickles down. Nepotism, artificiality, and politics abound at higher levels

      The mission. Work life balance. Great co workers. Opportunity to work on various products.

      Cons

      Typical issues of a HUGE company. Too many title chasers with lack of accountability. Stock has been flat for years.
