      Flexible working hours, Policy of Medtronic is really very good but it will not be implemented on the ground level, even if you find and show the policy document they will say this is not applicable for hyderabad although document clearly mentioning it for everyone in India meic, Food, Cab

      Cons

      no learning ,no recognition, hike is not based on work but based on whom manager wants, although you have very good feedback from the counterparts with whom you are working you will not get anything

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
