      Pros

      The mission to improve access to healthcare globally is something we are all very proud to work hard toward achieving. Great people, fun atmosphere, big city salaries in the North Bay. The CEO is fantastic - he is a very clear communicator of the mission and is truly dedicating his life to achieving it.

      Cons

      A lot of reorganizations and constant changes to the focus, mainly due to a lot of acquisitions - which is great, but makes it tough to know what your future looks like. I've had 3 roles in less than 3 years.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
