      You will get Regular pay for just showing up.

      Cons

      The org structure is filled with yes men, who have no ability to do critical thinking. High level of bullying culture. Multiple lawsuits and WRC cases. if an individual steps up they will get bullied and as soon an WRC letter comes in the company settles to avoid public embarrassment.

      -Terrible healthcare benefits -Layoffs and site closures from constant restructuring -No company vision -Lacking product vision and coherency -No desire to explore new technologies or ways of doing things -Extreme penny pinching & constant travel restrictions
