      There is no doubt that you have to work hard at Medtronic but as you learn then you grow. The compensation and benefits are fair.

      Cons

      Some field based roles are harder than others in the respect of working hours but there is flexibility offered as a balance. Functional roles can r tough as they have minimal flexibility.
