      Pros

      Medable was one of the first if not the first SaaS enabled DCT solution to hit the market in the 2010s as the noise around DCT was just starting to grow to a whisper, To create a category and lead in a space that wasnt defined is a big lift. Medable has achieved its leadership status in this category by delivering YoY since its inception and being able to create a product that truly would meet the market needs. Its leadership and people are a true asset to the company - working with a shared vision together to deliver on the goal of bringing access to clinical therapies faster to those who need it.

      Cons

      one potential "con" is around the fact that there arent that many f2f office locations for the workforce and team to meet regularly. While covid has taught us we can all work remotely just fine and do well, its always nice to have some level of consistent f2f interaction time to time where we can all gather. The current office location in california isnt always convenient as the workforce for medable is global and is on multiple continents. This though has in recent months been counteracted by the ability to rent out "temp spaces" like WeWorks to bring people together more often so definitely being much more improved than previously.

      Pros

      Amazing people, flexible schedules, ability to work from anywhere, innovation and creative solutions encouraged, competitive pay, overall good leadership, growth opps, and being part of something that is in the process of being built.

      Cons

      Because of where the company is at in terms of maturity (still somewhat considered start-up), it can be fast paced, and at times chaotic. Some people feed off this and like being part of this phase, whereas others find this frustrating. I have had coworkers at Medable love this aspect like me, and I've had some that didn't see themselves at Medable longterm because of this. So while I can't think of too many cons, I would say this would be one I have seen firsthand from coworkers. For me, the main con is not getting as much face time with coworkers as I'd like.

      Pros

      The leadership team sets a clear vision and communicates it well. You always know how your work ties back to the company’s goals. Smart, collaborative colleagues who genuinely want to help each other succeed. It feels like everyone is rowing in the same direction. Strong culture of innovation. New ideas are welcomed, tested, and celebrated. You never feel stuck doing things “the way they’ve always been done.” Work life balance is respected. Expectations are high, but so is the support. Professional growth is real here. Opportunities to take on more responsibility, lead high-impact projects, and develop new skills come often Leadership truly cares about employees as people, not just as headcount. Recognition is consistent and meaningful.

      Fast paced environment may feel intense at times
