The first stage was an HR/recruiter call to answer some questions around my CV, preferred type of work (remote, hybrid, etc..) and salary expectations.
The next stage was an interview with members of the advertised role's team. They were professional and friendly. The questions were both technical- and process-related.
I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Medable (Bengaluru) in Apr 2025
Interview
I interviewed at Medable for a Frontend Developer (>= 2 YOE) position. The interview process took almost 2 weeks. The first round was a Hackerrank assignment. After that, there were two technical interviews, one with the senior frontend developer of the Indian team and the other with the Tech lead of the USA team. After that, the final round was with the director of engineering (Indian team). The process was fast and smooth.
