mid and some upper managers don't know their jobs well. Each year they changed or lifted the so-called 'performance review' expectation level, and some full-time employee were forced to work as 'part-time' or fired onside, as I heard. some managers bring formal 'usoncology' culture(usonclogy was a company purchased by McKesson in year 2010) take advantage of their subordinates seriously: no work-life balance. managers/team-leaders don't know their jobs well; too many office politics. mid-level managers micro-manage their team members and make the team working atmosphere very suppressive.
