Pros
Wide variety of applications available for implementation and support. Remote employment locations. Employee stock purchase plan. Generous vacation allotment. PTO vs vacation/sick/holiday pay.
Cons
Too much emphasis is put on bottom line and not enough on customer satisfaction. Management talks a good story about work/life balance but reality is quite different. Many long tenured, highly qualified people sacrificed during lay-offs to make way for 'new blood' (aka green beans/new college grads) whose salaries are considerably lower than experienced personnel requirements.
