Pros
One the few reasons I have found myself still working there is due solely because of the people that work there. McDonalds has a good work environment with your other employees and the coworkers are usually closeknit (I've worked at three different locations, each for about a year). The jobs fun if you can have fun with the people you work with.
Cons
Its customer food service, as always your experience working here will be based on the types of customers that you get daily and how you manage to handle customer interactions.
