Pros

apart from the free food on shift I haven't found any pros yet

Cons

have never worked for such an unorganised company ,several managers on each shift, every other person is a crew trainer and if their not they think they are Far to many chiefs and not enough Indians .Never get given the hours per week promised at interview and never know when your working until 5 days before the next week starts.Major company being ran very badly by a bunch of children who have no ilfe or people skills.Managers are just bothered about there gap customers as they get £250 if they pass, couldnt care less about the regular customers.restaurant is just full of staff shouting and stressing out .Its a total joke ,full of kids sleeping with each other ,falling out and no concept of running of business...out of there asap !!! unless your an immature child DO NOT WORK FOR THEM!! it is not a place for grown ups .as well as anything else no gloves are worn when handling your buns or fillings and no head attitire is worn by managers ..Why is that? .Does your hair magically not fall into food just because your a manager ...Disgusted by the place

Pros

Experience varies heavily depending on the owner/operator you work for. Free and discounted food. 2 weeks PTO. Vision, Dental and Health insurance. Offers rapid development opportunities.

Cons

Work-life balance is nonexistent. In fact, the director of operations has stated numerous times, “Work life balance is a myth”. The company states you are required to work 45 hrs/week minimum; Realistically, GM’s can expect to work 55-60 hours in store with constant calls and messages when home. The company does not count any work done outside of the restaurant toward your 45hr requirement. There is no training for this position as you are expected to figure it out on the job. They offer $2000 per month performance bonus but are always finding new ways to disqualify you and move the goalposts when you actually earn it.
