Pros
Close, everyone knows everyone depending on how long you've been there. Promos may or may not come with a free t-shirt and other merchandise. Very good opportunities to advance. One free meal a day including 50% off 30 minutes before and after your shift. Very laid back. Very good with flexible scheduling. I had a lot of amazing moments here that helped me grow as not only a worker but as a person.
Cons
Some franchises cheat the good employees out of promotions, raises to give them to the employees that give management info and/or brown nose. Not very much room to advance compared to corporate-owned McDonald's. They will forever go off of your availability from your application when you were hired no matter how long you work there and how much your life changes.
