Pros
If you are a person who would thrive in a corporate environment, Maxis is an okay place. Average benefits and annual bonus for a tech/telco company. If you have a good boss, you can go far as it is steering towards being a place rewarded by recognition, instead of efforts. Office politics and ethics depends on your department.
Cons
If you just want to wake up and do your job and be sub-par, this is not the place for you. Lately, they have also taken away some benefits as well as flexibility to hybrid working. My hours can be long but it is what it is. promotion and increments are harder and harder to obtain.
