      Pros

      Awesome company facilities, can see the building of a great culture here distancing itself from the old Maxis corporate culture. There are some really great minds here, good place to pick brains of experts.

      Cons

      Politics. Enough said. Team dynamics are getting better between departments/divisions as there are a lot of new hires coming in at the moment providing the much needed "blood transfusion" here both in Business as well as Technology departments.
