Too much pressure on work even on continuous weekend work ,no holiday no leave approve from management for the entire year
Cons
No job guarantee, they can lay you off in less than a month if they find some one with less salary. Bad management, no benefits other than. Salary. No off day . Officially weekend is off but actually there is no off. Not even holidays. No leave for a single day. If you are off on holidays they will lay you off on the very next day you join office without prior notice. Too much work pressure and less no of projects. No technology movement. Nothing in terms of employment.
