Availability of various projects in many technologies. Facility to be cross trained in different technologies. Various facilities for employee like cafeterias, gym, transport etc.

Cons

Low salary for freshers. Strict timing and dress code.

Salary on time, Medical benefits premium reduction after 1 year of service

Cons

They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
