      Work environment was professional but they know how to have fun. The occasional theme-dress days, dine-out nights, quarterly trips.... and lots more

      Cons

      They like to allow you to be innovative and expressive but to a restricted level.

      Salary on time, Medical benefits premium reduction after 1 year of service

      Cons

      They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
