Pros
Pay on time or Early. Easy to get Paid. Don't do a complete background, so can pass if you have credit issues.
Cons
Once you are on the bench, They don't bother to call you back even when you see job postings for which you are qualified. Tell you that the contract is for six months but really it is only for four months. You don't find out till you get to the client site. Not very ethical. The company favors h1-B employees over citizens.
