Pros

None that I could think of.

Cons

List is endless - Do not pay on time. - They will use you , treat you as money making machines. Will terminate your employment the day your contract ends with the client. - I was not paid last month salary after my contract ended. - No relocation benefits. If asked they will take the relocation cost from the employee's salary which they call it as advance salary. - Very less pay. Below market average. - False promises about bench period 2-4 weeks while joining. - If you are on h1b please do not join this company. No bench period and do not care about the consultants once the project is over, will not market their resume with speed and urgency. - Recruiters, hr managers are liars. They will sell you all lies from very first day. - They will not pick up your call once you are done with the contract. - Marketing team is really bad. - Typical bodyshopping.

Pros

Salary on time, Medical benefits premium reduction after 1 year of service

Cons

They operate more like a contract-based staffing model despite calling it full‑time employment. There is very limited support in finding new projects, and individual job security doesn’t seem to be a priority. Apart from the initial onboarding, there was no meaningful help when transitioning to new assignments, and there is very little visibility into the contracts.
