      Pros

      Once it was a great brand and a great team, almost a family. Not now.

      Cons

      It becomes worse and worse every now and then. I left 2 years ago and when I speak to my former colleagues - it is really terrible. Every single person, who is smart and able to add value, either left the company or is going to leave soon. Worst team ever.

      Great people who believe in a common mission. Strong leadership and support.

      Cons

      Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
