Pros

Higher pay than other companies in the area (even after they voted out the union). 18 week’s paternity leave 3 week paid vacation 6% 401k match

Cons

Management like to watch people through the camera without cause for investigation. (Lack of trust/ respect). Poor communication throughout entire company. Poor training, trainers without valuable experience teaching new hires. Lack of experience needed to successfully run important processes. Lack of concern from management when it comes to maintenance and turnarounds. Poor financial planning from upper management. Once they don’t like you they find a way to push you out.

Pros

Great people who believe in a common mission. Strong leadership and support.

Cons

Budgets and decision making for technical programs are centralized at a high level with little to no consideration for how it affects individual programs and their unique needs. Heavy bureaucracy involved in setting up simple things.
