Disgraceful - Analyst Mars Employee Review

This company falls surprisingly short of expectations. This is a globalist organization, and you know how the USA feels about globalism - no good. This company feels more like a public company than private, seemingly more run by the UK than the USA. Furthermore this is an elitist and feminist organization. They have extreme hiring preference towards those who went to only top colleges, especially colleges in Pennsylvania. There is also extreme focus on women being hired and promoted at fast pace on a yearly basis. Contractors are treated like the second-rate help. These are all forms of discrimination to those who do not fit their mold. The company itself is quite detached, there might be people at their desks but they are all inside their headphones in countless meetings. The place is very empty when it comes to actual intelligence and social connections. I would say the company has greatly lost its roots from its original founder.
