Pay continues to be above the 50% percentile. International exposure and experience. Good people in most of the positions except leadership.
Cons
A confused leadership. Blame oriented, Engagement is only a number to achieve but not truly practiced. If you are 50 or more they work hard on getting you out of the organization. Work life balance is only a principle on paper try practicing and we will fire you. Highly political environment.
