No briefing at onboarding stage, so it's an inefficient 'journey of discovery,' as you only find out what you need to know when you stumble across. Lack of collaboration and direction by line manager, plus confusing/ambiguous instruction. Very little (if any) feedback/communication provided - good or bad.
