*Unclear job expectations. After many years here, I still don't have a job description. *No actual investment in employees to improve them. They acquire skills, use them and that's all! *Dead-end, no opportunities to move up or around. *If you screw up you will get your butt kicked. Kills risk-taking for innovation. *Management doesn't tell you what needs to get done but still expects you to do what they were thinking even if you don't know it's the expectation.
