If you go subcontract, there are no benefits given.
Not a very good benefits package - they do the bare minimum of providing extended health insurance. PTO is 3 weeks to begin with for FT employees. Things like bereavement, maternity leave etc. are mandated by the government so it's not like they are providing it.
Now they have time off pay, but it is a government program. That is everything, they don´t have anything else. They don´t have any other benefits.

as a contractor, there is no benefits, no vacations, all you can get from them its your work experience which may uesful when you looking for a permanent position.
