      I feel like for some employees we should get a day out the month to make an appointment in person to actually talk about certain situations or just for a check up.

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
