Small offices with a good culture.

The company is trying to save money and is throwing new strategy and staffing models out hoping something will stick to the wall like wet spaghetti. Staffing consultants and branch managers are very sales focused. They hire and fire sales people all of the time but do not give them much time to get up to speed. I also had a situation where I pulled workers out of an unsafe work environment (I was the branch manager and full authority from my regional). Corporate called the next day and because it was a national account we had to put workers back out at the site with no safety equipment (working on the edge of the roof with chainsaws).
