Good luck to someone new coming in on the corporate side. There are a handful of people that have been with the company for a number of years, they get whatever they want and management does nothing about it. Very cut throat, non-collaborative type of environment where no one new makes it. Dishonest manager that makes decisions to benefit team members, Horrible compensation plan.
