      Pros

      Am able to phase out of my full-time employment status with my company instead of just cold turkey. Can continue making a valuable contribution to my employer on a part time basis with flexible working hours.

      Cons

      I am unsure of the process of evaluating my performance or airing any grievances (safety, working environment, etc.) I may have.

      They have a lot of connections in town especially to the big manufacturers.

      Cons

      Takes too long to find a temporary position for office employees. They never sent me a possible job over $10 per hour, despite me being an advanced candidate for HR, Accounting, or an office position. Por communication
