      Pros

      Great online training opportunities and brand recognition. If you have a good supervisor the working environment is flexible and has good work/life balance.

      Cons

      Sales oriented to the point that quality decreased and HR knowledge is not valued. Success is measured by amount of cold calls made. Company has a tremendous amount of turnover in the Staffing Specialist role.

      The company I was assigned to is able to provide upskilling opportunities assuming you are performing well. The job is relatively easy and pays well in comparison to the market.

      The work itself can be repititive but that is just the nature of data entry. I had to put something here to place the review..
