      great place to work, the leadership really tries to back you up with whatever your career path is even if you are sure they will give you options.

      Cons

      inconsistent at times but they really try to make sure that you are happy with whatever you are doing.

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
