      Employee engagement is the best, total compensation is not bad but not industry leading. Great environment very people friendly

      Very siloed and frequently changing strategy, conflicting agendas sometimes get in the way. Not the most innovative sales culture

      Set schedule. Team work environment. Great coworkers. Decent pay. Benefits.

      Cons

      12 hour shifts. Point system for absences, with or without a doctor's note you still get a point for missing.
