      Pros

      Good communication. Offer benefits though they are not like a fulltime. In my case they also sponsored a work visa, which I appreciate a lot. If you do well for them, they don't hesitate to work for you

      Cons

      Did not experience much of any problems yet. I would like offers to go up in career from them periodically.
