      Lots of opportunities to be challenged Working in recruitment is rewarding The business continues to grow and develop Most people in leadership are good

      No structured career path Progression is usually about who you know You only know youve got a manager when there is a problem The wage pot tends to get wasted on new people that add little to no value and then they get managed out or leave - if you stay prepare to be underpaid or fight hard for a rise.

      They have a lot of connections in town especially to the big manufacturers.
