Pros
You'll meet wonderful people working here and perhaps stay in touch with colleagues for many years Easy place to get to Large office space
Cons
Poor pay. Seriously. You work 35-40 hours a week and get paid £8 an hour. Last I've heard it's £8.50 now. I'm not the one to moan about pay etc because having a job is something to appreciate but when you work with time pressure plus large amount of work to be done. You feel undervalued. No career progression Terrible managers. They may come across professional to clients but they are extremely rude to their team. They'll get personal and take most of the credit of you and team's hard work. The managers are clueless. While the team works hard they spend time looking at online catalogues or surfing the internet. They freeload. No appreciation. You work hard but you'll never get praised. And if you do get praised. That's because you're the favourite one. Yep. There's favouritism. No surprise there.
