Good pay and benefits. Wide name recognition in the industry, but not viewed as competent with direct hire recruiting. Hand's off management style allows each recruiter to structure their business as they see fit.
Cons
As soon as I began the Manpower training in Wilwaukee, I knew I'd made a mistake. This was old-school cold call recruiting of the most inhuman kind. No relationship building, just smile and dial.
