It's a job.. tho temporary one plus they take a piece of the salary the company was willing to pay to have you.
Cons
Only 5 paid vacation days and no paid vacation/holidays until you've worked 1800 hours in the calendar year. NO sick days and the benefits package is costly and not very good.
