Cons
The Regional Directors have all the power. Evidence suggests whatever they say or do is exempt from challenge or further review by corporate leadership. Manpower has a transitional culture, so company turnover is excessive and even tenured staff are considered temporary. Everyone is looked at as contingent labor.
